As many of you know I am addicted to genealogy. Been at it hard for 20 some years. I haven’t looked for famous (or infamous) persons but I have kept an eye out. Just a few days ago I found someone. Alfred Pinkney Panther 1865-1912. He was known at various times as Alfred, Al, Alf and Pink. Have you heard of him? Or maybe seen him.
Pink Panther
Pink was my 1st cousin 3 times removed. My father’s great-grandmother’s sister’s boy. I might find others but so far he is the most famous relative I have found.
Love it! But I was anticipating you were going to tell us your ancestor was a Black Panther!

Oh no! Nothing that dramatic.! I guess my ancestors didn’t have a woodpile.

LOL-pretty cool if you ask me! The girls used to have a giant pink panther that someone gave them. I haven’t thought about it in years : )

I believe you worked with a lady at Tri County that is related to these same Panthers but I can’t remember her name. She was worried that she had a family history of breast cancer and wanted to know if I was a direct descendant. Do you know who I am talking about?
